Call me at 484 666 ****. A discrepancy has taken place with my purchases and I am seeking justice on this matter.
I paid for my Playlist and can't access 50% of them.
Something wrong on your end. Need resolution.

Cannot revive music although paying for it
My cell phone charged me twice for my music unlimited AND my bank account was charged also EVERY MONTH. So I was paying $11.59 x 3 for a total of $34.77 for a service that was only $11.59 ea month.
When I finally realized it and cancelled 2 of the payments, Amazon then told me my service was stopped/canceled for non-payment, even though they now were getting the CORRECT payment. I had to stop payments on ALL 3 paying entities.
Presently I am unsure if I'm going back yet.
They should be paying me back for probably years of paying triple.

Please note as of this date I have heard absolutely nothing from Amazon music. Nor do I expect to at this juncture once again this reflects badly on the whole Amazon umbrella I thought dealing with customer service just regular Amazon with difficult try Amazon music if you wanted true total horrible customer service experience
After repeated calls and emails I've got nowhere with them they won't even return an email. I have never dealt with such horrible horrible customer service this puts a bad name on the whole Amazon deal which is really really unfortunate. I guess I'll go to YouTube and listen to my music and I want to thank Amazon music for absolutely nothing

Problem with subscription
They say to enter my number and I will get a call.. not happening!
Was left on phone waiting with India and ask me to hold.. after 10-15 min.
it disconnected me!
Very upset.. why cant I speak with someone???

I was trying to subscribe to Amazon Music unlimited, and it would never sign me up for subscription, and a lot of my music that I have listed that I love to listen to access is restricted until I sign up for the Amazon Music unlimited, which I was trying to do and I dont like going through Apple Just to sign up for Amazon Music unlimited. I would love to sign up without dealing with Apple or iPhone at all.
. I do have an iPhone, but I do not want to go through Apple just for my subscriptions. I like to pay my subscriptions myself so if Amazon can fix it where I can pay for it on my Amazon Amazon website then that would be a great help to me.

When I dial either number for Amazon Music Customer Service, both tell me that "Canceling my subscription to Amazon Music" is not an option. So frustrating!!!
I don't even think I subscribed in the first place.
So How Do You Cancel???

For two days now, I've been calling Music Unlimited customer service. All recordings go to other items that I have purchased, what a waste of time and I still didn't get a live representative. I must have called 40 times.

Because they charged me out of my account when it was inactive and was still inactive after they charged me
I was randomly charged $6.44 from Amazon music when I didnt want or order Amazon music. What I dont understand is how it happened when it was and still is inactive

My echo dot when I request to play a song it cuts off after 10 seconds this goes on for three or four more request than it. It’s fine. It’s been doing this for about six months.
Called Amazon, customer service number tape recording communication terrible couldnt find a human to talk to hours on the phone trying to get through then I finally got one. I couldnt hardly understand her and she hung up on me.

Verified ReviewerI signed up for a free trial that i was charged for. I called customer service who gave me 3 months free, but never refunded the 18.99 that was supposed to be returned.
Just refund the money I wasn't supposed to be charged, and when customer service says your money will be refunded. Just don't expect that it was returned. Actually check.

Your *** ripping me off you buarsturds and you purposely make yourselves virtually uncontactable your site is *** crap I've never even signed up to your *** service yet you have been charging me twice a month since middle of last year. And I've contacted and asked for refund and for my account to be closed and deleted at least 3 *** times. I demand a refund immediately I demand for you to stop ripping me off and sort this out today I will be involving the authorities as your nothing more than thieves.
