I have had issues with AM for a couple of months and figured it would be resolved, it did not. Customer service has not answer the phone calls.

Poor communication

Have a human being answer the phone directly instead of automated computers. The automated computer cannot hear what I am saying.

I called and talked to a person I could barely understand. Nothing he said was helpful, then he said it must be my equipment. I checked and called back and got put on hold and they hung up

I never got any help either on line or from customer service. They tell you to do things that dont work and are no help whatsoever.

Was paying for amazon music when I did not know I had it and never used it. I called and it was not resolved yet. Somehow she's not on the phone? And she didn't call back either? So I have to recall

I have to recall and give all the confirmation numbers again from May 2024 - December 2024. Ok, I was charged without knowing I was charged; I need a refund.

The lady on the phone was there, and I was talking to her, but then she wasn't, and it became quiet. I waited 20 minutes and got no answer.

I said hello throughout the time I waited, and still no answer. I must call again.

From the emails you send me since I am a prime member. I should get Amazon music but when I try to apply this to my phone it says one month free and then I have to pay that is not the way the messages that I get sound to me it sounds to me like I should get this for free.

Paying for service when I should not have to

I have Amazon Prime and I just found out that if you have Amazon Prime, you also get Amazon Music for free. If this is true, you guys have been taking money out of my account for months for Amazon Music.

I would like to be refunded.

I couldn’t understand what he said, and then we were disconnected

The issue is still going on. For some reason when I open an app, KC an and the sunshine band comes on singing Im your bogeyman.

They told me to delete my Amazon music app and restart the phone.

It didnt work.

I have no idea how to fix this. I dont know what it is or why it is happening.

Unauthorize charge on my credit card

A code was supposed to be sent to my phone. I tried 3 times; the code was never sent.

I could not get a response from anyone. I hung up and tried again. The same thing happened. If they do not send you a code, you are stuck and cannot go any farther.

I just wanted to talk to someone on the phone to resolve the issue. It never happened.

I went through my credit card company and disputed the charges that way.

Very bad customer relations.
