Poor customer service

You can never speak to a real person. You can only chat.

The person at Amazon is not trained and did not resolve my problem. I gave up and am going with Apple Music.

Alexa not working

Did not receive a text. I need to speak to a live customer rep. I have chatted directly with Alexa but still not receiving full songs, just a chunk and then silence!

I have had issues with AM for a couple of months and figured it would be resolved, it did not. Customer service has not answer the phone calls.

Pros:
  • Great music when it works
Cons:
  • Cant add songs
  • Has not worked properly in months

Preferred solution: Restore the service I have been paying for.

Put me on hold and never came back, and there was loud singing in the background. Now I will be calling back to try again. Poor customer service; it should have been a short conversation.

Horrible! Alexa reiterates what I am asking for but reacts quite differently. Lyrics of another song will be playing. Trying to change my account to no avail. Would not recommend.

Poor communication

Have a human being answer the phone directly instead of automated computers. The automated computer cannot hear what I am saying.

I called and talked to a person I could barely understand. Nothing he said was helpful, then he said it must be my equipment. I checked and called back and got put on hold and they hung up

I never got any help either on line or from customer service. They tell you to do things that dont work and are no help whatsoever.

I couldn’t understand what he said, and then we were disconnected

I could not get a response from anyone. I hung up and tried again. The same thing happened. If they do not send you a code, you are stuck and cannot go any farther.

I just wanted to talk to someone on the phone to resolve the issue. It never happened.

I went through my credit card company and disputed the charges that way.

Very bad customer relations.
