A code was supposed to be sent to my phone. I tried 3 times; the code was never sent.
I could not get a response from anyone. I hung up and tried again. The same thing happened. If they do not send you a code, you are stuck and cannot go any farther.
I just wanted to talk to someone on the phone to resolve the issue. It never happened.
I went through my credit card company and disputed the charges that way.
Very bad customer relations.

Can't access Amazon Music on any of my devices. I pay for it and can't use it.
How can this be fixed?

I was charged for Amazon Music, but I didn't order it. I was charged $6.47, but I did not order any music.

Billing problem
Nothing has happened. A real customer svc person was supposes to call me back.
I did screw up on the app.
The payment on my charge account was denied due to my açct being hacked. I have new credit & debit cards issued. I texted them once before to get more info., but no response. If someone could please call me, I will give them the new info.

Didnt order it. Alexa asked if I wanted a free trial, I did not answer, not interested . It still was set up.
Need explanation on certain apps
Amazon music, l love IT.. I'm a retired senior citizen, have difficulty with walking, having access to my remote and instant response to my favorite music is amazing !! I only wish that I could receive a senior discount for myself, I have recommended my family to purchase Amazon unlimited I'm totally a heavy metal rock n Roller, music motivation is my pleasure and daily life..

I tried to cancel Amazon Music and ended up having to pay to cancel. Because I already paid for this month, I tried to set up the cancellation for next month when it's due. However, my account shows that it was taken yesterday.

Verified Buyer |Did not fulfill delivery agreement and refuse to refund
The parcel was supposed to be delivered to my home address and that not happened. instead I have to run to a pickup point. I was charged 15 so the parcel will be delivered to my home and not pickup point, I am 70 years old with mobility difficulties, and I wasn't able to get to the pickup point.
I wrote a review about it in Amazon web site. The seller contacted me and demand that I will delete the review if I want my 15 back.
I found this act as a sign of the seller to be untrusty (does he afraid of other customers will know the truth about his/her company?),
the story they came with was that the DHL driver had an accident (/poor guy), and was hospitalized. the reason I dont believe is the couple of month ego another DHL driver had an accident, luckily he wasn't hospitalized that time, hurray!!!
I of course refused to delete the review (the *** with 15), just you all will know what to expect from "Mobil-Fan car mats".
