Unhappy with Customer Service.

You need to have someone that can listen and speak clear English.
I finally just hung up on her after 10 minutes. Ive her not came up with correct answers and placing me on hold several times.

Cannot revive music although paying for it

My cell phone charged me twice for my music unlimited AND my bank account was charged also EVERY MONTH. So I was paying $11.59 x 3 for a total of $34.77 for a service that was only $11.59 ea month.

When I finally realized it and cancelled 2 of the payments, Amazon then told me my service was stopped/canceled for non-payment, even though they now were getting the CORRECT payment. I had to stop payments on ALL 3 paying entities.
Presently I am unsure if I'm going back yet.
They should be paying me back for probably years of paying triple.

My echo dot when I request to play a song it cuts off after 10 seconds this goes on for three or four more request than it. It’s fine. It’s been doing this for about six months.

Called Amazon, customer service number tape recording communication terrible couldnt find a human to talk to hours on the phone trying to get through then I finally got one. I couldnt hardly understand her and she hung up on me.

Currently, cannot access my music. Got a new phone and no music. Can’t even down load new music.
Often times, songs you down load are no longer available. And then, when you have a problem, you can’t get a human being to talk to.
So as to how my experience with customer service was, it was horrible, but you all know that, it’s be design to get you the customer frustrated so they won’t call.

My overall experience was not with Amazon Music; it was with Pissed Of Consumer; I can’t give Amazon a rating, because I never spoke (or texted) with them. I feel tricked - you guys are sneaky. I don’t need you slithering into my attemted conversations. And then I have to pay you? For what - just so you can get my credit card info? You should just go ahead and step one rung down on the scam ladder and demand my SS # and a gift card!
