I am getting charged for Amazon Music. I keep calling to cancel it, and every month it comes back! I want to get it taken off!!

Amazon Music started charging me for a subscription without my permission, consent, or knowledge. They hid it somewhere else in my account so I wouldn't notice.

I saw the charges and called them, telling them that they illegally charged me for a year for a subscription I never used.

I was told that I could get a refund for one month. Finally, he got a special dispensation for two months.

So I pay $6.99 for something every month , and not able to use anything! Dateline was so simpler to use Dateline prime!

I called regarding my unlimited music account and found out Amazon has an incorrect phone # so I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then the call was disconnected so I was unable to update my# the women also told me if we're disconnected I'll call you back ? No call back!! Always issues with this account
