In the amazon music app giving free subscription and apple is charging money.

Inconsistent information between two systems and charging the money to users. Its like scamming people by showing incorrect information.

My order was supposed to contain 4 bags of cat food . There is only 1.there was supposed to be 4 bags . I only got one.

I ordered 5 Piano Player CDs on December 8, which arrived on December 14. I placed two orders on the same day...one CD in one order and 4 CDs in the other order. The seller sent all 5 CDs in one pack

I am new to ordering from Amazon, and I didn't know the driver could print a return label from his truck. I had the address of the seller, and returned all 5 CDs to them.

I called Amazon, and they verified that the seller received the 5 CDs, but for some reason cancelled the order (maybe they didn't have the format of the CDs I needed). I have made at least 15 calls to Amazon to get my full refund. I began this process in early January...they have refunded me a $33 and change for one CD, and $66 and change for two other CDs. I am still to this date (April 2) waiting for my refund on the other two CDs.

Amazon verified early on that the seller received the merchandie back, but they are making it extremely difficult to get my full refund. This is just not acceptable! All I am asking for is the FULL reefund which is due me. If you look at my account notes, you will find voluminous notes on my efforts to get my full refund.

I have ordered 2 or 3 other products, which arrived, and I was pleased with the quick service. However, your return policy is not good. All I want is the refund I am due. If the seller has verified that they got the merchandise back, and for some reason, cancelled the order, I don't understand why I can't get the full refund I am entitled to.

I am very displeased, and may have to stop ordering from Amazon if this is not resolved quickly. This has been going on for 3 months!

You have no free contact number for New Zealand most likely because you know that your scamming and stealing from us so you make it hard to contact you for refund and to close the un authorised accounts you somehow set up to ripp us off!. You've taken over $8 from my account twice a month since at least June last year and then today u stole $10 from my account without permission and that's after me contacting you 3 times last month to close the un authorised account and demand a refund so I am definitely reporting amazon to the authorities

Trying to cancel Amazon music with no success

I cannot get anyone to answer a phone call cannot cancel Amazon music on line. Can someone please tell me how to cancel this subscription, I am going out of my mind as money is taken out of my account every month, I thought I cancelled this in January, but apparently notplease help.

$444 x 2. Immediately realized that I ordered and canceled. Was unable to.

Called and they refused to cnx even though it was not prepared for shipping. Not cool
